DJZ-400 Small High-Pressure Intensifier – Boost Low-Pressure Gas to 35 MPa (350 Bar)

When your process needs high-pressure gas only part of the time – cylinder filling, leak and pressure testing, or feeding a high-pressure network – a full-size high-pressure compressor room is often more than you need. The DJZ-400 small high-pressure intensifier solves this with a compact, energy-saving design: it takes an existing low-pressure gas source at 0.8 MPa and boosts it to 35 MPa (350 bar), using only 5.5 kW of power.

Because it re-uses the pressure already available in your plant, the DJZ-400 converts most of its input energy into useful boosting instead of compressing from atmosphere – reducing electricity consumption and operating cost over the whole service life.
