The DJW250A is a three‑stage compression, air‑cooled high‑pressure breathing air compressor, specifically designed for filling breathing air cylinders used in firefighter SCBA, diving cylinders, and industrial safety gas supply applications. With a rated flow rate of 250 L/min and a maximum working pressure of 330 bar, it enables fast and efficient filling of multiple cylinders.
Its core compression system features a three‑cylinder, three‑stage design, combined with forced oil lubrication by an oil pump and air‑cooling, ensuring stable and reliable performance during prolonged continuous operation. Each compression stage is equipped with an independent safety valve, and the unit incorporates automatic shutdown upon reaching the set pressure, providing multiple layers of protection against overpressure risks.
