Fire Breathing Air Filling Pump: Keeping the Fire Department's SCBA Cylinders "Fully Charged and Ready" at All Times
Real-world problems faced by fire departments
Continuous charging pressure under emergency conditions.A single large fire may require simultaneously replenishing a dozen or even dozens of cylinders, and the equipment must be able to operate continuously for a long time.
Downtime is risk.Equipment failure means the next shift's personnel do not have a reliable air supply.
Budget constraints.Imported brands have stable performance, but procurement and subsequent maintenance costs are high, making it difficult for grassroots units to procure everything at once.
Haocheng's solution
Graded configuration based on team size. The demand for displacement varies greatly among squad-level, platoon-level, and training base-level units. Our breathing air filling pumps cover a displacement of 100–1000 L/min, allowing us to calculate the required model based on the number of personnel and the number of cylinders on hand, ensuring that we neither under-equip nor waste investment on long-term low-load operation.
Designed for continuous operation. The compressor uses multi-stage compression combined with intercoolers and aftercoolers to control the exhaust temperature of each stage; the lubrication and filtration systems are configured for long-cycle operation to reduce performance degradation during continuous operation. The gas quality meets EN12021 standards and can be directly used for filling Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) cylinders.
Proactive service response. We provide installation instructions, operator training, and maintenance schedules, and keep common accessories and filters in regular stock. When equipment malfunctions, we first make a remote diagnosis and then decide whether to handle it on-site, minimizing downtime.
Applicable Scenarios
Fire and rescue teams, forest fire fighting, mine rescue teams, industrial dedicated fire teams, emergency rescue training bases, and emergency gas supply stations for petrochemical and hazardous chemical enterprises.
